The vegan diet style avoids the use of animal-oriented ingredients in the food including milk and its byproducts. This style is the stricter extension of the vegetarian diet, in which only meat and other animal-oriented ingredients are avoided. Vegan diet style is evolved from the word ‘veganism’. Veganism is not only related to the diet but it also restricts the use of animal-oriented things in a day-to-day life such as the use of fur, wool, honey, cosmetics, etc. Veganism roots from a cruelty-free approach towards animals, environment, and health consciousness.
Vegan diet followers have more restrictions compared to vegetarians, so here is our attempt to list out a few interesting soup recipes for vegan followers.
