Day 1: Total calories intake should be 1400
For breakfast, go for a toast slice and 2 spoons of unsweetened peanut butter, ½ a cup grapefruit due to low glycemic index, and a cup of tea or coffee. For lunch, have toast slices with ½ a cup of fresh water tuna and a cup of tea or coffee. For dinner, you can have meat with boiled green beans, Fuji apple, ½ a banana, and one cup of vanilla ice cream.
Day 2: Total calories intake should be 1200
For breakfast, have a toast slice, one hardboiled egg, ½ a banana and a cup of tea or coffee. For lunch, have one hardboiled egg, a cup of cottage cheese, 5 saltine crackers and a cup of tea or coffee. For dinner, go for two hot dogs with no bread, ½ a cup of sliced carrots and another ½ a cup of broccoli, ½ a banana and a ½ a cup of vanilla ice cream.
Day 3: Total calories intake should be 1100
For breakfast, have an ounce of cheddar cheese, Fuji apple, a cup of tea or coffee. For lunch, have a toast slice, one boiled egg, a cup of tea or coffee. For dinner, go for one whole cup of tuna, ½ a banana, one whole cup of vanilla ice cream. Meanwhile feel free to drink as much water as you wish to, mostly infused water or normal drinking water.
For the remaining four days, include occasional snacks of vegetables, fruits and keep a count of 1500 calories per day. Meanwhile, download apps that track your calorie intake.
